Jack 8.5 years old

Jack was abandoned at a hospital at the age of 2 months with a meningocele on his spine at waist level.  His birthdate is May, 2004.

Jack is described as a polite child who likes to sing and dance.  He gets along well with others, sharing his food and toys.  He attends public school where he is in the 2nd grade.  He does good in school and his strong subjects are Chinese and Math.

He is able to walk, talk and his mental state has always been good.  At age 3, he was described as a naughty, bright and lovely boy who likes listening to music and watching cartoons.

Jack had to repair the tumor in his lumbar spine in December, 2004.  Between the ages of 1 and 2, Jack suffered convulsions on two occasions and was diagnosed with hydrocephalus.  After treatment, he was normal.  His physical and mental development is reported as normal.

UPDATE: He goes to the toilet himself.  He is a smart boy with a good personality, somewhat shy but adjusts to new environment quickly.  He loves sports and can express himself clearly.
